【摘要】 科技园的发展愈来愈个性化与多样化,在迈向创新型国家的进程中,欧洲国家科技园的发展表现出三种典型的战略模式,即瑞典的联盟驱动模式、荷兰的大学驱动模式、以及芬兰的公司驱动模式。在实施或者参与国家与地方的创新政策中,不同的科技园发展战略模式表现出独有的策略与方法,在系统分析不同模式机制的基础上,可以从战略政策、管理策略、发展网络的角度窥见科技园发展战略模式的一般特征与未来趋向。更多还原
