【Abstract】 FDI have potential contributions to improve productivity of local firms,integrating knowledgebased view and embeddedness theory,the paper examines driven factors of spillover effects on the MNCs in China.Empirical analysis found that both embeddedness among MNCs with local governments and financial institutes will generates spillover effects for local firms,the MNCs’ product export strategy also leading the same outcome.While the spillover effects of MNCs’ S&T employee strategy in China is not significant.We conclude by presenting the theoretical contributions and policyl implications of our findings,we also indicate the directions for future research.更多还原
