低频脉冲磁场处理Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金的磁性能研究
Studies on Magnetic Properties of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 Amorphous Alloy in Low Frequency Pulse Magnetic Field
【摘要】 用低频脉冲磁场处理Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金试样。用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜和交变梯度磁强计(AGM)对处理前后样品的结构和磁性能进行分析和测试。结果表明,低频脉冲磁场处理后的非晶合金Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9发生了纳米晶化,晶化相为α-Fe(Si),晶粒尺寸约(2~10)nm。处理后非晶合金的磁性能有了显著的提高。
【Abstract】 The Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy samples with low frequency pulse magnetic field is treated.The structure of samples before and after treatment by XRD and TEM is analysed.The magnetic properties of samples before and after treatment by AGM is tested.The results show that nano-crystalline occurred in amorphous alloy Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 after treatment at low frequency pulse magnetic field,nano-crystalline phase is α-Fe(Si),the grain size is(2~10) nm,and the magnetic properties of Amorphous alloy have been improved greatly.
