黑曲霉菌丝球还原水中六价铬的研究
Study on Reduction of Chromium(Ⅵ) in Water by Aspergillus Niger
【摘要】 在实验室条件下,研究了黑曲霉菌丝球对含铬废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的还原作用及环境条件对其还原能力的影响。结果表明,黑曲霉菌丝球对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原反应为一级反应,表观活化能Ea为24.45kJ/mol,该还原反应属扩散控制,且还原过程中Cr(Ⅵ)的减少符合2个常用的吸附动力学模型Pseudo-first Order模型和Pseudo-second Order模型;pH是影响Cr(Ⅵ)还原的重要因素,pH为1时,Cr(Ⅵ)的还原率最大,最大值为99.6%;菌丝球浓度也是影响Cr(Ⅵ)还原的一个因素,菌丝球浓度增大,有益于Cr(Ⅵ)的还原;温度对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原有一定的影响,但影响程度不是很明显。
【Abstract】 Under laboratory conditions,reduction characteristics of Aspergillus niger mycelial pellets for Cr(Ⅵ) in wastewater and factors effect on reducing capacity were studied. The results show that reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) by Aspergillus niger mycelial pellets is first order reaction and the apparent activation energy (Ea) of the reduction is 24.45 kJ/mol. The reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) is a process of diffusion agreement with pseudo-first order model and pseudo-second order model. pH is an important factor affecting the reduction,the greatest reduction rate (99.6%) can be achieved when the pH value is 1.The concentration of mycelial pellets also affects the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ),greater reduction rate of Cr(Ⅵ) can be achieved when the concentration of mycelial pellet is higher. The effect of temperature to reduction is not obvious.
