【Abstract】 Based on testing of battery internal resistance to measure the capacity, the method to guarantee the reliable of battery. A new designing based on the inner resistance of storage battery is proposed. For restraining of electromagnetic interference and improving reliability of instrument,based on the LabVIEW platform and fast Fourier transform (FFT) the instrument of amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum is design.
