新疆赛里木湖景区管道施工水土保持综合防治措施

【摘要】 风景名胜区同时具有重要的生态功能和社会功能,从水土流失防治角度看,具有其独特性。大型建设项目施工过程中,若采取传统的施工方法则会对景区造成较大的破坏,这种破坏所造成的损失将无法弥补。因此,需要采取特别精细、具有针对性的水土保持防治措施,保障景区两种功能的正常发挥。现以西气东输二线管道穿越赛里木湖风景名胜区为例,从草原保护、植被恢复为出发点,着重介绍了新疆赛里木湖景区管道项目区与工程概况及施工过程中采取并取得了良好效果的水土保持综合防治措施,旨在为同类景区工程建设中的水土流失防治提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Landscape and key point of interest plays important role both in ecology and society,it is very special from the point of view of soil and water conservation. During the process of great construction,landscape region will be destroyed and the loss is difficult to be compensated if only traditional construction methods are conducted. Therefore,it is very necessary to take some pertinent and fine measurements of soil and water conservation in order to guarantee the functions of landscape region. Based on the case of gas transportation from west to east through Sailimu Lake landscape in Xinjiang,a series of the effective and special measurements of soil and water conservation are mainly proposed,resulted will be benefit to soil and water conservation for the similar construction.
