基于FPGA的低温光学综合测控系统
Multi-channel Temperature Measuring and Controlling System for Cryogenic Optics Based on FPGA
【摘要】 根据低温光学系统的特殊要求,提出了一种基于FPGA的温度综合测控系统方案,由FPGA作为核心处理芯片,实现64路温度值的模拟信号采集、传输和64路可变温控点的自动温度控制。
【Abstract】 According to the special request of cryogenic optics,the modules in this system are controlled by FPGA as the CPU core to complete the functions such as 64-channels temperature-measuring,collection,transfers,64channel of the automatic temperature control system.
