抽油机光杆激光熔覆表面耐磨损性能研究

【摘要】 以抽油机光杆常用20CrMo钢为基体材料,选择Co基、Ni基和Fe基合金粉末为熔覆材料,使用HGL9450—000型5kW横流CO2激光器,采用同步送粉方式进行激光熔覆加工,获得了组织致密无宏观缺陷的激光熔覆层。利用硬度计和MPX—2000型盘销式摩擦磨损试验机对20CrMo钢及三种自熔合金涂层试样进行耐磨损性能研究。

【Abstract】 Based on the oil pumping polished rod common material 20CrMo steel,the cobalt-base,nickel-base and iron-base self-fusible alloy are chosed as laser cladding coating materials. Laser melting experiments were carried out on the crosscurrent CO2 laser device( HGL 9450—000,5 kW) ,and the laser coatings of densified structure and non-macroscopic defects are attained by the synchronistic laser sending powder mode. With the disc-pin tribological wear equipment,the tribologieal wear experiments are carried out on the surface of 20CrMo and three kinds of self-fluxing alloy-coated specimen,and the tribological wear mechanism is also discussed.
