固井注水泥过程计算机仿真
Computer Simulation of Cementing Dynamic Process
【摘要】 通过对注水泥动态过程的分析研究,建立了注水泥动态参数的计算模型,包括真空段体积、环空流速、井口压力、井底压力、观测点压力和返出排量等。利用Delph i编制了注水泥过程计算机仿真软件并现场应用,通过与现场实测数据对比,模拟结果与实测数据符合率很高,表明该软件可用来指导固井施工及辅助固井设计。
【Abstract】 The dynamic process of cementing is analyzed and a computation model of dynamic parameters is established such as vacuum section volume,annulus flow rate,wellhead pressure,well bottom pressure,observation point pressure during cementing.Computer simulation software of a cementing dynamic process are developed by Delphi.Through testing and verifying in several wells on site,the simulation and measurement results are almost identical,thus the software provides a powerful supporting tool and means for making cementing design and guiding the cementing operation.
