【摘要】 步进应力加速寿命试验是对引信产品的贮存可靠性研究中最为有效,同时也是应用最为广泛的技术。但在试验过程中存在试验周期长、效率低等问题,提出了步降应力加速寿命试验方法,并通过理论模型、对比实验对其有效性进行了研究,结果表明采用步降应力能明显提高加速寿命试验的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Step-add-stress for accelerated life testing is most effective and widely used technology in the reliability of fuze storage products research.There is a long test cycle,low efficiency problem in course of the experiment.A step-down-stress accelerated life test method is presented.Its effectiveness through theoretical models and comparative experiments is studyied.Results show that the step-down-stress accelerated life testing can significantly improve its efficiency.更多还原
