高效液相色谱法检测单基发射药中的二苯胺

【摘要】 采用不同的萃取条件对发射药进行处理,检测对二苯胺的萃取情况。考察不同试验条件下单基发射药中二苯胺的液相色谱行为,建立了二苯胺的HPLC测定方法。选用VenusilMP-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),用甲醇和水为流动相(80:20),流速为1mL/min,检测波长280nm。该方法的线性范围为(0.05—100)μg/mL,线性回归方程为:Y=708956X,相关系数r=0.9998。该方法最低检测浓度为0.05μg/mL。回收率在98%-102%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2%。说明方法简单,操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于单基发射药中二苯胺的含量测定和控制。

【Abstract】 To establish high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method determination of content of diphenylamine(DPA)in propellant.Venusil MP-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with methanol-water(80:20)as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the ultraviolet detection wavelength was 280nm.There was a good linear relationship within(0.04—80)μg/mL,regression equation was Y = 708 956 X,r=0.999 8.The method is validation,and the stability tests under various conditions are performed.The reproducibility and precision of method are good(RSD=0.64%).The lowest detectable concentration of diphenylamine is 0.05 μg/mL.The recoveries are 99%~101% and the relative standard deviation is less than 1%.It is conclusied that the method proposed for content of diphenylamine by HPLC is simple,accurate,specific and could be used in quality control diphenylamine.
