基于DSP和单片机的超声波测距系统
Ultrasonic Detection Ranging System Based on DSP and MCU
【摘要】 设计了一种新型的超声波测距系统,系统以单片机和DSP为双控制核心,提出以单片机控制,利用包络检波,微分过零点检测电路确定回波包络峰值点时间。粗测得到误差为一个波长以内的测距结果。之后采用DSP控制进行FFT精测相位差,将粗测和精测的结果进行数据整合,实践证明这种方法有效地提高了测距的精度。
【Abstract】 A new ultrasonic ranging system is designed,which uses the microcontroller and DSP for the control core,using envelope detector circuit structure echo envelope,and through differential zero detection circuit set echo envelope peak time.The microcontroller get a rough result that limited the error within one wavelength,and then calculates phase separation through FFT based on DSP,at last both of the results should be integrated.This method use effectively in improving the measurement accuracy.
