直井内旋转钻柱动力学有限元分析及实验研究
Finite Element Analysis of Dynamics and Experimental Study about Rotating Drillstring in Vertical Well
【摘要】 为了研究钻柱在井下的运动状态,采用结构动力学中的Newmark积分法,建立了直井内旋转钻柱动力学三维有限元分析模型。研究了在直井内钻柱不同转速的动力学特性。为了验证数值模拟的正确性,建立了直井内旋转钻柱实验装置,进行了不同转速下的钻柱实验研究。结果表明:随着钻柱转速的增加,横向位移逐渐增大;在不同转速情况下,数值计算结果和实验结果吻合较好,同时也验证了数值模拟的正确性。
【Abstract】 In order to study the underground movement of drill string state,the structural dynamics in the Newmark integration method is used,established a direct wells rotating drillstring dynamic three-dimensional finite element analysis model and studied in vertical wells drill string dynamics in different speed.In order to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation,a vertical wells rotating drill stem test equipment is established.The results show that:as the drill string rotation speed increases,gradually increasing lateral displacement.In different situations of speeding,the numerical results and experimental results agree well,also verified the correctness of the numerical simulation
