微乳液聚合法合成聚苯乙烯/海泡石复合材料

【摘要】 微乳液聚合法是合成聚合物复合材料的新方法,用微乳液聚合法,先把苯乙烯单体引入海泡石层间,再引发聚合反应,利用聚合时放出的热量使海泡石片层间距增大,合成聚苯乙烯/海泡石复合材料,用XRD、FTIR、SEM及TEM对材料进行表征。研究表明,用微乳液聚合法可使海泡石与聚苯乙烯较好地复合,聚合物能够有效地插层到经过有机化处理的海泡石层间,且海泡石片层可以均匀地分散在聚苯乙烯聚合物中。

【Abstract】 Microemulsion polymerization is a new method for preparing polymer composites.By using this method,polystyrene/sepiolite composites were synthesized.Firstly,styrene monomer was introduced into the gallery of sepiolite;secondly,the polymeric reaction was initiated,and the interlayer space of sepiolite was expanded by absorbing the heat released from polymeric reaction process.The composites were characterized by using XRD,FTIR,SEM and TEM.The results showed that polystyrene was well integrated with sepiolite.The molecular chains of polystyrene are intercalated into the galleries of sepiolite,and the pallets of sepiolite are well dispersed in the polystyrene.
