基于瓦斯监测数据的矿井通风系统合理性评价
Rationality Evaluation of Coal Mine Ventilation System Based on Gas Monitoring Data
【摘要】 瓦斯监测数据直接反映了矿井风量的紧张状况,反映了矿井通风系统的合理性,各用风地点、各回风巷瓦斯含量的大小直接关系到矿井的安全生产.通过对屯留矿5个主要瓦斯监测地点瓦斯数据的检验,得出该矿瓦斯监测数据基本属于正态分布的结论.鉴于瓦斯含量对评价矿井风量的重要性,提出"矿井稀释瓦斯能力合理度","采掘面稀释瓦斯能力合理度"2个重要评价指标.根据正态分布的3σ原则,将μ+3σ作为评判矿井稀释瓦斯的能力的标准,给出了评价指标隶属函数的确定方法.同时运用改进层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,建立了矿井通风系统合理性评价模型.通过对实际矿井通风系统的合理性评价,取得良好应用效果.
【Abstract】 The gas monitoring data can directly reflect the air quantity and the rationality of a coal mine and the gas concentration in air return and the locations where the wind is needed is directly related to the mine safety.By testing the gas data in five major gas monitoring locations in Tunliu mine,we concluded that the gas monitoring data are basically normally distributed.In view of the importance of the gas concentration in evaluating the mine wind,two important evaluation indexes are proposed.They are "a reasonable degree of dilution gas capacity to mine" and "a reasonable degree of dilution gas capacity to coal face and heading face".According to the 3σ principle of normal distribution,μ+3σ is used as the standard to judge dilution gas capacity to mine and the method of determining the membership function of evaluation is given.At the same time the improved AHP method is used to determine the weight of evaluation index and the model for evaluating ventilation system’s legitimacy is established.Through evaluating the reasonability of the actual mine ventilation system,a good application effect is achieved.
