倾斜煤层远距离上被保护层连续卸压保护技术研究及应用

【摘要】 针对淮北矿业集团宿南矿区煤层赋存状况及瓦斯灾害程度,提出了倾斜煤层远距离下保护层开采的瓦斯治理方案.分析了倾斜煤层远距离下保护层开采存在的若干问题,并给出了解决方案:1)保护层开采下延,使同水平的被保护层得到完全的保护;2)保护层工作面开采必须超前被保护层工作面1~2个区段,使得被保护层工作面在倾向上得到卸压保护;3)采用沿空留巷或小煤柱护巷技术,杜绝保护层煤柱的留设;4)保护层与被保护层采用联合布置的方式,且将水平大巷和采区上山都布置在保护层的底板岩层中.最后以桃园矿Ⅱ2采区左翼为例,进行了倾斜煤层远距离下保护层开采设计.工程应用表明,该方案能够确保类似地质条件下保护层的安全开采及被保护层的连续卸压保护.

【Abstract】 Scheme for controlling gas of long-distance and inclined lower protective seam in Sunan mining area of Huaibei mining group is proposed based on the coal seam occurrence status and degree of gas disasters.The present study analyzes some problems about long-distance inclined lower protective seam and solutions to these problems are given,which are ① the mining of the protective seam to be further extended downward to make sure that the upper protected seam on the same level is completely protected;②working face of protective seam exploitation to be 1~2 sections ahead of the working face of protected seam,making the working face of protected seam in incline get pressure-relief protection;③eliminating left pillar of protective seam by adopting the techniques of gob-side entry retaining or narrow pillar drift;and ④using the combined placement of protective seam and protected seam and the placing both the main level roadway and the district rise in the floor rock of the protective seam.Mining design of the long-distance lower protective seam of inclined coal seam is proposed with example on left wing of the Taoyuan Ⅱ2 mining area.The engineering application shows that this scheme can ensure safety mining of protective seam and can be applied in continuously pressure-relieving protection of protected seam in similar geological conditions.
