【摘要】 今天的国家公务员考试又已经走到了一个重要的历史关口:是重蹈科举的失败覆辙,还是在科学研究的基础上闯出考试科学化的新路?本项研究在对试卷实测数据统计分析的基础上,通过对2002年《行政职业能力考试》的"言语理解与表达"部分试题的定量、定性分析,发现这部分试题整体质量较差,质量亟待提高。研究认为:言语部分的题目应以考查语言交际能力为主;应着重考查"正确理解"和"准确表达",而不需要过于注重细微的词义辨析;需要注意尊重个人不同的风格和习惯;在预测的基础上建立具有质量保证的题库是当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today the civil service examination comes to very important crossroad:failing as the imperial examination in the history of China or leading the scientifically reform of traditional examinations.This research quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed the verbal comprehension and expression part of Administration Aptitude Test for Civil Service entrance examination in 2002.Concluded that the quality of this part needs to be improved. Argued that the construct of verbal test should be the communicative competence.What should be measured in verbal test are accurate comprehension and precise expression rather than personal style.Urgent task today is to establish a qualified item bank based on pilot test.更多还原
