盾构机三级行星齿轮减速器可靠性优化设计
Optimization design for reliability of 3-stage planetary reducer of TBM
【摘要】 盾构机减速器是盾构机挖掘系统的重要传动部件。基于可靠性优化设计理论,分别建立了以减速器体积最小化为目标的可靠性优化设计概率模型,运用MatLab优化工具箱分别对传动比分配和齿轮参数进行了优化计算。通过合理分配减速器系统各单元可靠度值,不仅取得了减速器的重量指标上最优的结果,而且也定量地分析了减速器及其各部件在运行中的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The reducer is an important transmission part in TBM excavating system.Based on reliability optimization design theory,the probability models of reliability optimization design were established respectively with the minimum reducer volume serving as objective,and Matlab optimization toolbox was used to optimize the distribution of the transmission ratio and gear parameters.By means of distributing the reliability value to each element of the reducer reasonably,the results gave the optimal weight index of the reducer as well as predicated the reliability of the reducer and its each component in the process of operation.
