WinCC在煤矿井下泵房监控系统中的应用

【摘要】 针对现有的煤矿井下泵房自动化程度不高,控制效率低的情况,使用WinCC组态软件设计了煤矿井下泵房监控系统。该系统采用工业以太网通信,下位机控制器为西门子S7-300PLC,实现了井下泵房的实时监控、故障报警、历史数据查询以及打印报表等功能,充分体现了WinCC人机交互友好的特点。

【Abstract】 In view of the low automation level and low control efficiency of the current pump station in the underground colliery,a monitoring system for the pump stations in the underground colliery was designed by WinCC configuration software.The industrial ethernet communication was applied to the system and Siemens S7-300PLC served as the slave computer controller in the system,thus the system realized the online monitoring and fault alarming of pump stations,as well as historical data query and reports printing etc.The friendly human-machine interaction characteristics of WinCC are full presented.
