矿槽除尘风机振动的相频特性与现场动平衡

【摘要】 通过探讨转子不平衡振动机理与影响系数法,提出了基于相频特性的现场动平衡方法,并在矿槽除尘风机中成功应用,有效地提高了现场动平衡精度和效率,为同类大型旋转设备的现场动平衡提供了参考。

【Abstract】 With the study of the theory of rotor unbalanced vibration and the influential coefficient method,the paper presented a new method of field rotor dynamic balancing based on phase-frequency characteristic.The method has been successfully applied to dust removing fan for mine chutes,and the precision and efficiency of field rotor dynamic balancing effectively improves,which offers references for field dynamic balancing of similar large scale rotary equipments.
