【摘要】 针对电动轮自卸车电制动控制的特点,设计了一种基于DSP自卸车电制动控制系统。详细分析了自卸车电制动原理和电制动特性,给出了控制系统的测速电路和开关量输入输出电路,介绍了电制动软件的实现方法。测试结果表明该电制动控制系统抗干扰能力强,性能稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristics of the electric braking for electric-wheel dump truck,a kind of electric braking control system is designed based on DSP.Electric braking characteristics and principle of dump truck are analyzed in detail.In addition,the circuit for velocity mearsurement and digital signal in-out circuit are given as well as the implementation method of electric braking software is introduced also.The testing results show that the electric braking control system has excellent anti-interference capacity and stable performance.更多还原
