切割离心式水泵叶轮叶片法的适用性研究

【摘要】 由于水泵规格限制、初始选型设计不尽合理、水泵性能恶化及排水系统阻力变化等诸多原因的影响,造成了矿井排水设备的排水系统运行效率偏低、能耗偏高的状况。该文依据排水系统效率理论,分析了切割叶轮叶片对水泵和排水系统效率的综合影响,指出了切割叶轮叶片性能调节方法在排水系统节能降耗改造中的作用,并明确给出了此方法的使用界限及适用范围。

【Abstract】 Because of the limited pump specification,the unsuitable initial type selection and design of pump,the deterioration of the pump performances,the changeable resistance of the drainage system and so on,there hap-pen the lower working eff iciency of the drainage system and the higher energy consumption for the mine drainage equipments. So,this paper analyzes the comprehensive effects of cutting impeller vanes on the pump and the efficiency of the drainage system according to theories of the drainage systematic efficiency. And it indicates the role that the method of the performance adjustment by cutting impeller vanes plays in the reformation of the drainage system’s energy saving and clearly provides its application limits and applicability.
