基于MatLab和SolidWorks的凸轮轮廓设计及性能分析

【摘要】 通过对凸轮从动件运动规律的分析,在MatLab中利用已有的理论曲线函数编制程序,生成平面凸轮轮廓数据点。将数据导入SolidWorks,生成具有封闭连续轮廓曲线的凸轮,再利用SolidWorks中的COSMOS/Motion插件进行凸轮运行仿真,生成相应的位移、速度及加速度曲线图,即可判断凸轮轮廓曲线性能的优劣性。从而为凸轮轮廓设计及性能分析提供了一种简便有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the cam-follower movement,data points of the planar cam profile are gotten by the compiled programs with the existing theoretical curve function in MatLab.The data is inputted into SolidWorks and generates the cam with the continuous closed curve.Then,the cam simulation is carried out by COSMOS/Motion and acquires the corresponding curves of displacement,speed and acceleration to assess the curve property of the cam profile.So,this provides design and performance analysis of the cam profile with an easy and effective method.
