竖井钻机钻杆失效分析与柔性接头研制

【摘要】 根据大型工程钻机和竖井钻机的特点,详细讨论了钻杆的受力状况及失效方式,指出附加弯矩是造成钻杆断裂的主要因素。为降低附加弯矩的影响,引入了连接钻头和钻杆的柔性接头,论述了其工作原理和设计思想。实际应用表明,柔性接头技术可以显著降低附加弯矩,避免钻杆断裂等事故的发生。

【Abstract】 According to characteristics of the large engineering drillers and shaft-well drills,the paper discusses the forces and failure types of the drill stem in detail and indicates the main factor generating the stem breakage is up to the additional blending moment.Weakening the moment effects,it proposes the flexible joint connecting the bit and the stem and illustrates its working principle and design idea.The practice shows that the flexible joint could decrease the moment obviously to avoid accidents of the stem breakage and so on.
