【摘要】 目的:比较在口外颌面及颈部皮肤中等大小全层缺损时,游离皮片移植(free skin graft)与邻近皮瓣移植术(transplantatin of skin flap)修复的近期与远期效果比较。以术后移植皮肤的成活率,面容畸形的矫正效果等指标比较两种皮肤缺损修复手术方式的效果以探讨最佳的手术方式与时机。方法:对我院收治的43病例临床资料进行回顾性分析,18例采取游离皮片移植术,25例采取邻近皮瓣移植术。术后时间随访均大于2两年。结果:游离皮片移植组和邻近皮瓣移植组在术后6个月和术后2年在患者满意度,皮瓣、皮片成活率上均无明显差别。活动影响,瘢痕形成,感觉恢复等远期观察上邻近皮瓣移植术较为良好。结论:在中小面积的皮肤缺损情况下邻近皮瓣移植可为术者首选术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To choose a better way for the repair of moderate size skin defect on facial-neck. Methods:We reviewed and analyzed 43 cases of skin defect on facial-neck patient. 25 were transplantation of skin flap group,other 18 were free skin graft group. All cases were followed up over 2 years. Results:There was no significient difference between the patients’ satisfaction on half year and 2 years post surgery. The long term effect for sensation recovering,moving obstacle and scar forming is that transplantation of skin flap group is better than free skin graft group. Conclusion:The surgery way of transplantation of skin flap is the first choice for repairing the moderate size skin defect on facial-neck.更多还原
