整合素αVβ3在实验性牙移动牙周组织血管改建中的表达及意义
Expression of Integrin αVβ3 in Vascular Remodeling of Periodontium during Experimental Tooth Movement
【摘要】 目的:通过检测正畸加力后兔牙周组织中血管内皮细胞整合素αVβ3的表达,探讨整合素αVβ3在实验性牙移动牙周组织血管改建中的意义。方法:35只大耳白兔随机分为7组,未加力组与加力1、3、5、7、14、21d组。未加力组作为对照组,每组5只。于上颌第一磨牙与同侧切牙间置镍钛螺簧,以80g力拉磨牙向近中。按实验设计的时间分批处死动物,制作组织学标本,通过原位杂交方法检测牙周组织中整合素αVβ3的表达。结果:未加力组少量新生毛细血管内皮细胞阳性表达,成熟血管内皮细胞未见表达。加力1d组成纤维细胞及新生血管内皮细胞整合素αVβ3表达开始升高,至第5天达高峰。结论:整合素αVβ3参与了正畸牙周组织的血管改建。
【Abstract】 Objective:To find the role ofαVβ3 in vascular remodeling by observing its expression in periodontium during experimental tooth movement.Methods:An elastic coil spring was ligated between the incisors and the first molar to exert a force of approximately 80g and pull the first molar mesially.The animals were killed on time respectively and specimens were made to observe the expression of integrinαVβ3 in periodontium through hybridization in situ.Thirty-five rabbits were divided into 7 groups on average:no treatment(as control),1,3,5,7,14 and 21 dgroups.Results:In the control group,positive stain was observed in the endothelial cell with a few new vessels but not mature vessels.The expression of integrin in fibroblast and endothelial cell of new vessels began to increase from the first day and reached the peak on the fifth day after the force was exerted.Conclusion:Integrin αVβ3 may play an important role in the vascular modeling during experimental tooth movement.
