【摘要】 目的:对银汞桩核用于磨牙修复进行临床观察和分析。方法:通过对103例行银汞桩核修复的磨牙进行七年回顾性研究,观察其预后。结果:103例修复体中有7例失访,随访的96例均为Ⅰ级,无一例折裂、脱落,而且X线对比显示银汞桩与根管壁之间保持良好的适合性。结论:对于根管弯曲、分叉大、髓室大的磨牙,银汞桩核技术有着明显的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To review 103amalgam post and core of molar restorations for 7years.Methods:We recalled the patients with amalgam post and core of molar restorations after 7years,and observed their prognoses.Results:No movement,fracture,displacement were discovered and X ray indicated that fitting between amalgam post and radicular inner wall was very well.Conclusion:Amalgam post and core technique is conservative to restore molars with curved root canal,big root furcation and large pulp chamber.更多还原
