体外复合抗菌粘接剂的抑菌性能测试和银离子释放浓度测试
Study on Antibacterial Properties of Antimicrobial Compound Adhesive and Silver ion Release Concentration in Vitro
【摘要】 目的:观察不同含量的十六烷基吡啶化硫代硫酸银(CTS)丙烯酸树脂粘接剂的体外抑菌活性和银离子释放浓度。方法:将不同含量(质量比0,2.5%,5%,7.5%,10%,15%,20%)十六烷基吡啶化硫代硫酸银(CTS)的丙烯酸树脂粘接剂制成4mm直径,2mm厚的圆盘,加入3ml蒸馏水,每周更换1次,预定每2周检测1次浓度,火焰原子吸收分光度法测定银离子浓度,对实验结果进行统计学处理与分析,并用抑菌环法试验对粘结剂的抗菌性能进行测试。结果:银离子释放量在浸泡第2周时银离子释放最多,浸泡8周后银离子释放渐趋稳定,CTS含量为10%~20%时复合抗菌树脂粘接剂浸泡第8~24周银离子释放浓度无明显差异。含不同比例CTS的树脂粘接剂聚合盘均在树脂周围都出现明显的抑菌环,CTS含量为7.5%、10%、15%、20%的树脂粘接剂的抑菌环范围在8~24周时保持相对稳定。结论:含CTS的树脂粘结剂能有效的长时间抑制变形链球菌的繁殖。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe acrylic resin adhesive in vitro antibacterial activity and the concentration of silver ion release of Cetylpyridinium silver thiosulfate(CTS)of different concentrations.Methods:The adhesives of Cetylpyridinium silver thiosulfate(CTS)of different concentrations(mass ratio 0,2.5%,5%,7.5%,10%,15%,20%)acrylic resin were made intodisks with 4mm diameter and 2mm thick ness.3ml of distilled water was added and replaced every week and sub-atomic absorption spectrophotometric determination of silver ion concentration was conducted every two weeks.The experimental group results were statistically analyzed,and antimicrobial properties were tested.Results:Silver ions released in the first two weeks of immersion,accounting for 30% of the total in the first 24 weeks.It became stabilized gradually after eight weeks of immersion.There was no significant difference in concentrations of silver ions released in 10%-20% CTS from 8th to 24th week.The inhibit ion area of the antimicrobial resin adhesive containing 7.5%,10%,15%,20% CTS was stable from 8 to 24 weeks.Conclusion:The resin containing CTS can effectively suppress reproduction of Streptococcus mutans within relative long time.
