电化学沉积钙磷涂层和钙磷-壳聚糖涂层在兔股骨内的长期效应研究

【摘要】 目的:观察电化学沉积钙磷涂层和钙磷-壳聚糖涂层在兔股骨内的长期效应。方法:用电化学沉积的方法在种植体表面制备钙磷涂层和钙磷-壳聚糖涂层,将两种涂层的种植体和未作涂层的种植体随机植入兔双侧后腿股骨干骺端内,使种植体上半部分与骨组织之间存在1mm的间隙,分别于术后6个月和12个月时取样,观察涂层降解情况和不同区域的骨形成情况。结果:两种涂层在术后6个月时大部分均已吸收,术后12个月时基本完全吸收,电化学沉积钙磷涂层吸收较慢。术后6个月时电化学沉积钙磷-壳聚糖涂层凹槽内的骨形成情况明显低于其它两组,术后12个月时已无明显区别。扫描电镜发现3种种植体表面均为骨基质,无涂层。结论:电化学沉积钙磷涂层和钙磷-壳聚糖涂层在兔股骨内随着时间的延长可逐步完全降解,降解对种植体-骨结合未产生不利影响。两种涂层在12个月后的骨整合效应无明显差别。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the long-term effects of calcium phosphate coating and calcium phosphate/chitosan coating prepared by electrochemical deposition in the distal femur of rabbit.Methods:Two kinds of coatings were prepared on the implant surfaces.Both coated and uncoated implants were placed in the distal femur of rabbits and surrounded by a 1mm gap in the upper half.The samples were acquired after 6 months and 12 months.The degradation of coating and bone formation were observed.Results:Both coatings started degration after 6 months and almost finished degration after 12 months.The electrodeposited calcium phosphate coating degraded a little slower.Bone formation was less within the gap of calcium phosphate/chitosan coated implants after 6 months.However,there was no difference in observation after 12 months.The implant surface was covered with a layer of bone matrix,without coating.Conclusion:The calcium phosphate coating and calcium phosphate/chitosan coating prepared by electrochemical deposition can completely degrade and the degradation has no adverse effect on bone growth.Both coatings have no difference in bone formation after 12 months.
