【摘要】 目的:探讨单侧隐性唇裂的修复方法及疗效。方法:对25例单侧隐性唇裂患者采用改良唇裂修复术进行手术治疗,C瓣中的肌肉向外旋转与鼻翼基底的口轮匝肌缝合,为了恢复唇弓的对称性,患侧唇峰上方设计三角形皮瓣。结果:25例患者中,伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后唇弓和上唇的形态恢复良好,患侧人中嵴较明显,鼻畸形得到明显改善。结论:改良唇裂修复术治疗单侧隐性唇裂可以有效地恢复上唇的对称性和丰满度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the operative methods and clinical effect of unilateral microform cleft lip.Methods: 25 cases of unilateral microform cleft lip were repaired with modified technique.The muscle in"C"flap was rotated outward and sutured with the orbicularis oris muscle of wing of nose.In order to rebuild symmetry of labial arch,a triangular skin flap was designed on cleft side lip.Results: 25 patients were totally healed.The form of the cupid’s bow was good and the shape of the upper lip was reconstructed.The ridge of philtrum was obvious and the nasal deformities obtained obvious improvement.Conclusion: Repair of unilateral microform cleft lip with modified technique can efficiently recover symmetry and fullness of the upper lip.更多还原
