【摘要】 目的研究转录信号转导子与激活子3(Signal transducers and activators of transcription3,Stat3)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2,Bcl-2)在口腔黏膜癌前病变癌变过程中各阶段的表达及关系。方法用免疫组织化学SABC法检测9例口腔正常黏膜、8例上皮单纯增生、22例上皮异常增生和19例口腔黏膜鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)组织中Stat3和Bcl-2的表达,并用自动图像分析仪定量分析Stat3和Bcl-2蛋白的相对含量。结果随着口腔黏膜上皮从正常组织、单纯增生、异常增生发展到OSCC,Stat3和Bcl-2的阳性细胞面积指数值逐渐上升,OSCC时达到高峰,且Stat3和Bcl-2的表达呈线性正相关。结论 Stat3和Bcl-2均参与了口腔黏膜癌前病变癌变的发生发展过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and their mutual relationship of Signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(Stat3) and B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) in the process of malignant change of oral precancerous lesions.Methods The Immunohistochemistry SABC method was used to detect the the expression of Stat3 and Bcl-2 in 9 normal oral epithelia,8 hyperplasia epithelia,22 dysplasia epithelia and 19 oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).The automatic image analyser was used to analyse the gray scale of Stat3 and Bcl-2.Results From normal mucosa,hyperplasia epithelia,dysplasia epithelia to OSCC,the indexes of positive cell vessels increased,arriving at the apex in OSCC.The expression of Stat3 protein was linear positively related to that of Bcl-2 protein.Conclusions The expression of Stat3 and Bcl-2 played a role in the progress of malignant change of oral mucosal precancerous lesions.更多还原
