【摘要】 目的探讨超短波疗法对颞下颌关节滑膜炎的临床疗效,为临床应用提供依据。方法选择确诊为颞下颌关节滑膜炎的患者45例,随机分成三组:药物治疗组、超短波治疗组和超短波联合药物治疗组。采用Friction指数对治疗前后进行评分,采用疼痛直观模拟标尺(VAS)对治疗后进行评分并记录相应分值,进行自身及组间比较。结果三种治疗方法均能够缓解颞下颌关节滑膜炎引起的关节区的疼痛症状,改善张口度。超短波治疗组与超短波联合药物治疗组疗效均优于单纯的药物治疗组,但两组之间未见明显统计学差异。结论超短波治疗能够明显缓解颞下颌关节滑膜炎引起的关节区的疼痛症状,并可以改善张口度,是一种可靠的临床无创治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out a better therapy for temporomandibular joint(TMJ) synovitis.Methods 45 temporomandibular joint synovitis patients were randomised into three groups: drug treatment group,ultrashort wave therapy group and combination treatment group.Curative effects were observed using visual analog scale and Friction index.Results After treatment,the symptoms of TMJ pain were relieved in all three goups.The effects of ultrashort wave therapy and combination treatment groups were better than those of the drug treatment group.However,there was not significantly different effects between ultrashort wave therapy and combination treatment group.Conclusions Ultrashort wave therapy was a reliable clinical conservative therapy for temporomandibular joint synovitis,relieving pain and improving funtion of TMJ.更多还原
