【摘要】 目的了解Er:YAG激光牙周治疗对牙根面形态可能产生的影响。方法用于牙周袋消毒(80mJ,10Hz)的Er:YAG激光照射离体牙根面,扫描电镜下观察对根面的影响并与激光脱敏(60mJ,2Hz)后的根面进行比较。结果激光牙周袋消毒后根表面产生熔融,呈鳞片状覆盖根面;激光脱敏后根面表层被完全去除,露出整齐粗糙的牙本质。结论激光牙周袋消毒后对根面有影响,但小于激光脱敏对根面的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of Er:YAG laser periodontal therapy on root surfaces. Methods Two different power settings of Er:YAG laser(80 mJ,10 Hz and 60 mJ,2 Hz) irradiated root surfaces in vitro. Then observe and compare the changes using a scanning electron microscope. Results After laser periodontal disinfection,the root surfaces showed a meltdown of root mineral. After laser desensitizing the mineral was completely removed leaving a crater dentin surface. Conclusions This study demonstrated that Er:YAG laser periodontal disinfection had influenced on morphology of root surfaces in vitro,but less than Er:YAG laser desensitizing did.更多还原
