穹顶结构表面平均压力分布及绕流结构数值模拟

【摘要】 通过商用软件Fluent求解Realizable形式的时均k-ε湍流模型,得到了穹顶结构煤场的绕流结构及表面平均压力分布,并结合流动分离、旋涡结构的特点对其平均风压分布规律进行了解释。最后通过参数变化,研究了来流边界条件、煤场钢混结构高度以及煤场侧窗开启状态对煤场顶部穹顶结构表面平均风压分布的影响。

【Abstract】 The Reynolds mean Navier-Stokes equations were solved by commercial Computational Fluid Dynamic software Fluent to investigate the flow around the coal storage with a dome cover.The mean pressure coefficient distribution on the dome was presented,and the mechanism for the mean pressure coefficient distribution was explained by analysis the vortex flow structures around the coal storage.At last,the effects of the incoming flow boundary con-dition,the height of the steel mix base and the state of the side ventilation window on the mean pressure coefficient and the mean wind load distribution of the dome were studied.
