【摘要】 目的提高社区居民对男性更年期综合征的认知.方法选择在社区40岁以上人群作为调查对象,以问卷形式调查他们对男性更年期综合症的认知度,根据调查结果对社区居民进行相应的健康教育,之后再次发问卷调查教育后的认知度.结果社区居民对男性更年期认知度有24%,通过健康教育后他们对男性更年期综合症的认知度上升到75%.结论通过对男性进行有关更年期表现、自我调护、预防等方面健康教育,使男性预先对更年期阶段有足够的精神准备和认识,有效的预防或减轻更年期的出现对中老年男性心理、生活质量方面的影响;尽量推迟和减少更年期给男性带来的痛苦.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the community residents’ recognition of male climacteric syndrome.Methods We selected the community crowd over 43 years old in this study,and investigated their recognition of male climacteric syndrome by questionnaire.According to the investigation result,we gave them health education,and then gave them the questionnaire again to investigate the recognition of male climacteric syndrome after education.Result The community residents’recognition rate of male climacteric syndrome was 24%,and was improved to 75% after health education.Conclusion Through giving male the education about male climacteric syndrome,including manifestation of male climacteric syndrome,self-adjusting,prevention,the male people can prepare enough in the male climacteric stage in advance,prevent or eliminate the effect of male climacteric syndrome on their psychology and quality of life,delay and decrease the pain related to male climacteric syndrome as far as possible.更多还原
