【摘要】 目的完全性肺静脉异位引流是一种少见的先天性心脏病,总结9例完全性肺静脉异位连接(TAPVC)患者的外科治疗经验,以提高手术疗效.方法总结2004年1月至2010年1月我科收治的完全性肺静脉异位引流病人9例.常规体外循环下手术,手术包括心上型及心内型的矫治及房间隔缺损、动脉导管的修补,三尖瓣成型手术.结果组术后心功能均恢复到I～II级,无心律失常发生,术后随访3～6月,未发现肺静脉梗阻病例;无死亡病例.结论完全性肺静脉异位引流一经确诊应尽快手术治疗,其治疗效果满意,以免发生肺静脉梗阻影响手术效果以及发生艾森曼格综合征失去手术时机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection(TAPVC) is rather rare in congenital heart diseases.The purpose of this article is to summarize the experience of the surgical treatment of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection(TAPVC) in 9 cases,so as to improve the operative effect.Methods We summarized the experience of the surgical treatment of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection(TAPVC) in 9 patients in our department from January 2001 to January 2010.Operations were undergone under circumstances of conventional cardiopulmonary bypass.The operations included supracardiac type,endocardiac type,and also the repairing of atrial septal defect,patent ductus arteriosus as well as tricuspid annuloplasty.Result The postoperative cardiac function of patients recovered to NYHA I-II,patients were followed up from three to six months,and no arrhythmia and pulmonary venous obstruction were found.Conclusion Surgical treatment of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection should be done as soon as possible,so that pulmonary vein obstructions and Eisenmenger syndromes could be avoided.更多还原
