【摘要】 目的为探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)在冠心病常规基础[阿斯匹林、氯吡格雷、他订类(HMG-COA)、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACE)I、β-受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂(BCC)、硝酸酯类]治疗上联用银杏叶提起物制剂银杏叶片,对逆转CHD左心室重塑和血管重塑,高血压左心室肥厚预防和治疗.方法入选急性冠脉综合(ACS)、稳定性心绞痛(SAP)、缺血性心脏病(ICY)以及冠状动脉粥样硬化(CH)、冠状动脉血流储备(CFR)功能下降患者97例,分为对照组48例,治疗组49例.治疗组给予冠心病常规基础治疗联用银杏叶片治疗6月～2a.对照组给予冠心病常规基础治疗6月～2a.治疗前后测定对照组和治疗组的血脂,冠状动脉造影(CA)、二维超声心动图、负荷超声心动图、胸部X线检查对逆转重塑治疗的评价.结果治疗组治疗半年后对逆转CH血管及心脏重塑,左心室肥厚指标经统计学配对,或不配对比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论治疗组对逆转血管、心脏重塑、左心室肥厚改善心功能的远期疗效优于对照组.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the combination of Yinxingye tablets and routine treatment(aspirin,clopidogrel,tatin,ACEIs,β-receptor blockers,BCC,and nitrates)in reversing ventricular and vascular remodeling induced by coronary heart disease,and in the prevention and treatment of ventricular hypertrophy induced by hypertension.Methods We selected 97 patients with acute coronary syndrome,stable angina pectoris,ischemic heart diseases,coronary heart diseases,or decrease of coronary flow reserve.The selected 97 patients were divided into two groups:48 patients in control group,and 49 patients in treatment group.Patients in the treatment group were given the combination of Yinxingye tablets and routine treatment for 6 months to 2 years,and patients in the control group were given routine treatment for 6 months to 2 years.Patients in the treatment group and control group received blood lipid,coronary arteriongraphy,two dimensional ultrasonic cardiogram,load ultrasonic cardiogram,and chest X-ray examination before and after treatment,and then the effect of treatment on ventricular and vascular remodeling was evaluated.Results The ventricular and vascular remodeling induced by coronary heart disease and left ventricular hypertrophy was reversed significantly 6 months after treatment.The effect of treatment in the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions The long-term effect on reversing vascular and ventricular remodeling,left ventricular hypertrophy and improving cardial function of patients in the treatment group is better than the control group.更多还原
