【摘要】 目的探讨手术联合125I粒子植入在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的意义及疗效.方法采用常规手术切除肺瘤体后,术中直视下将125I粒子植入到肿瘤残存部分,手术无法切除的转移的淋巴结内,治疗23例非小细胞肺癌.结果 23例无围手术期死亡,术后未出现植入125I粒子而导致严重并发症,随访3～11个月,无肿瘤复发.结论手术联合125I粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌近期疗效确切,安全可靠,提高了手术治疗效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance and curative effects of operation combined with 125I seeds implantation therapy on non-small cell lung cancer.Method 23 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated with operation combined with 125I seeds implantation in the remained tumor tissue and metastatic lymph nodes with impossible resection.Results No patients of 23 patients died during peri-operation period.There was no serious side effects in all patients after 125I seeds implantation.23 patients were followed up for 3~11 months,and no tumor relapse was found.Conclusion Treatment of non-small cell lung cancer by operation combined with 125 I seeds implantation is simple,safe and effective.更多还原
