【摘要】 目的对云南省昆钢地区高海拔成人高血压病相关危险因素的抽样调查,了解云南省城市人群中高血压病的流行情况,为进一步控制高血压病奠定基础.方法选取云南省昆钢地区的自然人群进行整群抽样调查,采用国际通用的标准化调查方法,在人群中进行以高血压为主要内容的心血管流行病学调查并统计结果.结果共检出高血压患者919人,检出率为40.3%,1、2、3级高血压分别占29.9%、64.6%、5.5%;知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为72.4%、65.8%、23.0%.多因素Logistic回归发现:脂代谢紊乱、基础心脏病、BMI、年龄、文化程度是云南省高海拔昆钢地区高血压患病的危险因素.结论云南省高海拔昆钢地区城市成年人群中,高血压病发生和严重程度与年龄、文化程度、脂代谢紊乱、BMI、基础心脏疾病等危险因素的多少和严重程度密切相关,提示积极消除危险因素,保护高危人群,在高血压防治中十分重要.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the current prevalence of hypertension in the middle-aged and elderly population in high altitude area of Yunnan province and contribute to furter studies on hypertension and other heart disease in future.Methods A questionnaire survey and physical examination were conducted among the 35～85 years-old persons from densely populated residential areas representative in economic development and medical conditions.Where a large-scale epidemiological survey of hypertension were being conducted,selected by cluster sampling to investigate the health-related personal conditions and examine the blood pressure (BP),body height,weight,body mass index (BMI).Results The prevalence of hypertension in Kungang was 40.3%,hypertension stage-1 29.9%,hypertension stage-2 64.6%,hypertension stage-3 5.5%.The rate of awareness of hypertension was 72.4%.The rate of treatment and control of hypertension was 65.8% and 23.0%.The rate of awareness,treatment and control was low relatively. The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed the risk factors for hypertension in this population included age,culture levels,lipid disorders,BMI and basic heart disease.Conclusionss This investigation shows that the prevalence and severity of hypertension is closely related with age,culture levels,lipid disorders,BMI and basic heart diseases.Therefore,it is important to reduce the risk factors of hypertension and protect high risk population in Yunnan province.更多还原
