【摘要】 目的对联苯苄唑乳膏进行一般药理学研究,为临床用药提供实验依据.方法联苯苄唑乳膏皮肤涂擦给药后,观察其对小鼠自主活动及睡眠时间的影响及对麻醉大鼠动脉血压、心率、心电图、呼吸频率及呼吸幅度的影响,评价其对神经系统、心血管系统和呼吸系统的主要作用.结果三种剂量的联苯苄唑乳膏及乳膏基质对小鼠的自主活动和睡眠时间无明显影响;对麻醉大鼠动脉血压、心率、心电图、呼吸频率及呼吸幅度均无明显改变.结论浙江得恩德制药有限公司提供的联苯苄唑乳膏对中枢神经系统、心血管系统及呼吸系统均无明显影响.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the general pharmacological action of Bifonazole cream,offer an experimental basis for clinical application.Methods The influence on sleep duration and spontaneous activity by inunctions of Bifonazole cream to mice and the change of blood pressure,heart rate,electrocardiogram,breathing frequency and range in anaesthetic rats after inunctions of Bifonazole cream were observed to estimate the effects of Bifonazole cream on nervous system,cardiovascular system and respiratory system.Results In this experiment,three dosages of Bifonazole cream and basilaris substantia had no obvious influence on sleep duration and spontaneous activity in mice. Bifonazole cream also did not evidently change the value of blood pressure,heart rate,electrocardiogram,breathing frequency and range in anaesthetic rats after inunctions.Conclusion It is suggested that Bifonazole cream has no evident effects on central nervous system,cardiovascular system and respiratory system after inunctions to animals更多还原
