【摘要】 目的研究Hero642镍钛根管器械应用于乳磨牙根管预备的临床效果.方法选取临床上患根尖周炎需要做根管治疗的乳磨牙156颗,其中试验组80颗用镍钛机用器械642进行根管预备,vitapex糊剂充填根管;另外对照组76颗患牙运用逐步后退法根管预备技术,国际标准手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,vitapex糊剂充填根管.评价Hero642镍钛根管器械机动预备与K型不锈钢根管锉手动预备对乳磨牙的慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗术后的反应及远期疗效.结果在乳磨牙的慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗术后,试验组术后3d疼痛明显少于对照组(P<0.05),术后30d的疼痛发生率两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组根管治疗远期疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Hero642镍钛机动器械在乳磨牙的慢性根尖周炎中行一次性根管治疗后3d疼痛发生率以及远期疗效优于K-file器械.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hero 642 nickel-titanium rotary instruments applied in root canal therapy of the periapical periodontitis of primary molars.Methods A total of 156 primary molars with periapical periodontitis for root canal therapy was divided into experimental group and control group.80 primary molars in the experimental group were prepared with Hero 642 rotary nickel-titanium instruments,while 76 primary molars in the control group were prepared with stainless steel hand-files,and the root canals in both of experimental and control group were filled with vitapex.Then we evaluate the long-term effects of the two kinds of instruments on the periapical periodontitis of primary molars after root canal therapy.Results The incidence of pain 3 days after root canal therapy in the experimental group was lower than the control group(7.5% vs.26.3%),there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).While there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of pain 30 days after root canal therapy between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the long-term effect of root canal therapy between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion Applying Hero642 nickel-titanium rotary instruments can effectively decrease the incidence of pain and improve the long-term effect during the root canal therapy of the periapical periodontitis of primary molars,and the effect was better than K-file instruments.更多还原
