【摘要】 目的探讨电视胸腔镜微创手术治疗肺部疾病的优势及发展方向.方法采用电视胸腔镜或加小切口辅助切除肺大疱治疗自发生气胸615例,肺叶切除15例,楔形切除肺良性肿瘤9例,COPD肺减容术5例.结果全部病例无死亡.自发性气胸有3例复发,复发率为0.49‰,发生复张性肺水肿3例.肺减病人平均住院天数缩短1周.结论电视胸腔镜微创手术因其创伤小、恢复快、美观等优势,其将在外科治疗肺部疾病中被广泛应用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objictive To investigate the application and developing direction of video-assisted thoraco-scope-minimally invasive surgery in the therapy of lung dieeases.Methods The video-assisted thoraco-scope-minimally invasive surgery was performed on 615 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax to cut pulmonary bul-la,15 cases of lobectomy of lungs,9 cases of wedge resection in lung carcinoid,and 5 cases of COPD-Lung vol-ume reduction surgery.Results There was no death case in this study.3 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax relapsed,and the recurernce rate was 0.49‰,and 3 cases of reexpansin pulmonary edema happened.The aver-age time of hospital stays was shortened by 1 week.Conclusion Because of minimally invasive surgical trauma,rapid recovery,and beautiful incisions,video-assisted thoracoscope has been widely used in surgical treatment of lung diseases.更多还原
