【摘要】 目的提高血精的诊断与治疗水平.方法回顾分析110例血精患者的临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查和方法.年龄20～53岁,平均35岁.60例精囊炎,26例慢性前列腺炎,8例后尿道炎引起的血精患者用敏感抗生素,同时辅以尿道灌药、前列腺微波、体外高频热疗、定期前列腺按摩等方法进行综合治疗.5例后尿道腺瘤,3例后尿道黏膜下静脉曲张,2例后尿道息肉行经尿道电切或电灼.6例前列腺癌行手术去势加比卡鲁胺或氟他胺治疗.结果治愈69例(62.7%),其中精囊炎35例,慢性前列腺炎16例,后尿道炎8例,后尿道腺瘤5例,后尿道黏膜下静脉曲张3例,后尿道息肉2例.有效41例(37.3%),其中精囊炎25例,慢性前列腺炎10例,前列腺癌6例.结论血精的诊疗因人因病而异.重视血精的临床表现、实验室检查和影像学特点,是提高血精诊治水平的关键.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of hematospermia.Method 110 cases of hematospermia were retrospectively analyzed in the aspects of clinical manifestations,laborary examination and imaging feature,the cases with average age of 35 years old(ranging from 20～53 years old) in this study.Among them,there were 60 cases with seminal vesiculitis,26 cases with chronic prostatitis,8 cases with post-urethritis which had been treated by sensitive antibiotics,at the same time,urethral infusion,prostatic microwave and extracorporeal high frequency hot-therapy etc had also been empolyed,5 cases with post-urethral adenoma,3 cases with varices under urethtal mucous membrane,2 cases with post-urethral polyp which had been transurethral cauterization.6 cases with prostatic cancer had been castrated added had ftutamide or bicalutamide.Results 69 cases(62.7%) were cured,including 35 cases with seminal vesiculitis,16 cases with chronic prostatitis,8 cases with post-urethritis,5 cases with post-urethral adenoma,3 cases with varices under urethtal mucous membrane,and 2 cases with post-urethral polyp.41cases(37.3%) were effective,25 cases with seminal vesiculitis,10 cases with chronic prostatitis,and 6 cases with prostatic cancer.Conclusions Diagnosis and treatment of hematospermia are different acording to different people.It is the key to pay attention to the manifestations,laborary examination and imaging features of hematospermia.更多还原
