【摘要】 目的调查云南省元阳县哈尼族脑梗死的患病率及其发病特点.方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,对云南省元阳县随机抽取9个哈尼族村民委员会,然后对选取的9个哈尼族自然村共15396人采取线索与入户调查相结合的方法,以ICD-10为诊断标准,收集其人口学和病史资料.结果元阳县哈尼族脑梗死的患病率155.88/10万.结论(1)哈尼族脑梗死发病率19.41/10万,低于全国水平;(2)治疗率低8.3%,应加强政府支持力度和普及脑血管病的健康教育.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To invesitigate the morbidity and prevalence of cerebral infarction in Hani people in yuanyang,Yunnan.Methods 15396 at 9 Hani villagers committees were investigated by the method of door-to-door inquiry under the help of clues,we collected the data of larithmic and medical history using the 10 th edition of International Classification of Disease(ICD-10)criteria for cerebral infarction as diagnostic standard.Results 24 cerebral infarction patients were found in total,and the incidence rate is 155.88/105.Conclusions(1)The incidence of cerebral infarction in Hani people is lower than the national level.(2)The treatment rate is 8.3%,the government should enhance support and popularize health education about cerebral vascular diseese in Hani people.更多还原
