丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系与超声集成提取旱莲草总黄酮的研究

【摘要】 将超声波技术和双水相萃取技术耦合用于提取旱莲草中总黄酮,通过单因素实验得出最佳提取条件为:硫酸铵用量120 mg/mL,丙醇50%(体积分数),料液比1∶30,超声提取30 min,此时总黄酮平均得率为4.22%,优于加热回流提取。

【Abstract】 Ultrasonic extraction technology,integrated with propyl-alcohol and ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase separation was used to extract general flavonoids from Eclipta alba.The optimum extraction conditions from single-factor experiment were: the amount of ammonium sulfate was 12 %(W %);propyl-alcohol occupied 50 %;mass and liquidratio was 1∶30 and ultrasonic extraction was 30min.Then,the average yield of general flavonoids was 4.22 %,which was better than that from heating reflux extraction.
