粉尘类水泥基材料早期强度预测的试验研究

【摘要】 近年来粉尘类水泥基材料的应用越来越广泛.从试验方法、试验结果分析等方面进行了论述,介绍了其早期强度的推定情况.通过试验,主要对加速养护强度与28 d标准养护强度进行了对比,采用线性回归方法建立了强度关系式.结果表明,所建立的强度关系式能满足水泥基材料质量控制的要求,且线性方程计算简单,可以通过早期强度预测28 d抗压强度.

【Abstract】 Dust-cement-based material is used ever more widely in construction.This paper introduces the method by which the initial strength of the dust-cement-based material is worked out with an analysis of experimental results.The experiment focuses on the comparison between the strength of accelerate maintenance and the strength of 28 days’standard maintenance.Based on the experiment,the relationship of strength is set up with linear regression.It is proved that this relationship of strength meets the requirement of quality control of cement-based material.The linear equation is also proved an easier method.Thus the compression strength of 28 days can be predicted by the test on the strength in the initial stage.
