【Abstract】 Thailand’s tourism industry is the biggest industry,which makes the greatest contributions to it.It has remained the first position in its foreign exchange earning for many years,and the development of tourism industry promotes a series of related industries.Since 2008,domestic political turmoil in Thailand has brought about a new test,and the Thai government is facing new challenges to save its tourism industry.The paper analyzes the political turmoil to the serious impact on Thailand tourism industry:tourism revenue decreases,the number of foreign tourists declines,the number of unemployment increases,discusses the countermeasures the Thai government has taken to protect its tourism industry,such as increasing finance support,bringing down the tourism price,introducing new tourism products,renovating the tourist attractions,enhancing security measures,strengthening the tourists confidence and so on.Finally,the paper makes a suggestion that the Thai government should take further countermeasures.更多还原
