【摘要】 知识的管理研究逐渐与组织实践紧密结合,许多学者从不同角度对组织的知识管理研究予以评述。知识管理研究深受地理、文化与社会、科技与经济等影响而呈现出很强的地域性,结合这一特点梳理了基于地域的知识管理研究现状,发现知识管理研究在理论上更加夯实,对基本概念研究比较深入,实践中强调了人的作用,重视信息技术与组织系统的融合以更好的支持知识运作和管理,知识管理研究具有了系统全面的整体论高度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge management is becoming closely related to the practice of organizations.Many scholars have done research and review it from a different point of view.Geography,culture,customs,science and technology would influence the research and practice of knowledge management,so knowledge management shows some location characters.The situation of knowledge management is explored in this paper,and the basic concepts are made clear.People’s roles in practice are stressed.The information system should be integrated into organization running process in order to support knowledge management.In all,knowledge management is of holism.更多还原
