【Abstract】 The big science has the obvious characteristics of economization,socialization,systematization,formalization,globalization and so on.These characteristics should be taken into consideration when universities and scientific research institutes apply for significant scientific research projects at country level.The economization requests it to positively strive for funds from the significant scientific research item;the socialization inspires it to select topics which aim at national and social need;the systematization instructs it to strengthen the interdisciplinary and cross unit application for the items;the formalization needs to construct the new research base,to do scientific research and tackle the key research project team;the globalization requests long-term cultivation of "leaders" in the world.更多还原
