提高高校图书馆读者满意度的几点思考
Several Considerations about Increasing the Satisfaction Degree of Readers in University Library
【摘要】 阐述了图书馆读者满意度指标的基本含义,讨论了影响高校图书馆读者满意度的因素,提出了提高高校图书馆读者满意度的几种有效措施。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds the basic connotations of the satisfaction degree of readers, discusses the factors affecting the satisfaction degree of readers,and advances some measures for increasing the satisfaction degree of readers in university library.
